Neck's Really Easy Good Brownies
I worked on this recipe a lot refining it until it was exactly what I wanted, so I wanted to share it with everyone.
Inspired by The Best Brownies, originally by Juenessa at Genius Kitchen
Ingredients: ½ cup (120ml) oil or melted butter 1 cup (200g) sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs
½ cup (63g) flour ½ cup (63g) cocoa powder ¼ tsp salt
Instructions: Mix oil and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in dry bowl. Add dry ingredients in halves, mix until fairly smooth. Pour into 8x8” square pan lined with parchment, bake at 325F (163C) for 25 minutes. Or use a 24 well mini cupcake pan to make two bite brownies.
